24 Stonebridge Lots Approved

The Enid City Council has approved 24 residential lots in the Stonebridge Village development.  These first 24 plats are considered to be phase one of the residential project which has a total of 71 single-family homes planned. SOURCE:  Enid News & Eagle, November 5, 2104

Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market

The 16-acre Stonebridge development at Cleveland and Chestnut has confirmed that Wal-Mart will be constructing a 40,000 square foot Neighborhood Market and six-pump gas station on the property.  Erica Jones, senior manager of communications for the retailer said that “construction should start this week” and that they are looking to open “probably the beginning of next year.”  Jones said that Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market stores are primarily a “grocery store with …Read More

Groundbreaking Ceremony

Development to be built this year

The $100 million Stonebridge Development at Cleveland and Chestnut began dirt work recently.  “The concept is designed to be single-family homes along with some multi-family residences and commercial” said Gene Anderson, developer.  The development includes 71 lots on the west side of Cleveland, where homes will have a minimum of 1,500 square feet and, Anderson estimates, sell for $185,000 and up.  There will also be larger more-upscale homes built on the opposite …Read More
