The $100 million Stonebridge Development at Cleveland and Chestnut began dirt work recently. “The concept is designed to be single-family homes along with some multi-family residences and commercial” said Gene Anderson, developer. The development includes 71 lots on the west side of Cleveland, where homes will have a minimum of 1,500 square feet and, Anderson estimates, sell for $185,000 and up. There will also be larger more-upscale homes built on the opposite side of the property, as well as a 200-unit apartment complex that will also be upscale as well as gated. This development will be a completely “new concept” according to Anderson and patterned after the Stonebridge development in Edmond. Gene expects that the entire development will be beginning this year.
